Ashby bundles ATS, scheduling, sourcing CRM and genuinely good native analytics into one product. Its Ashby One release in May 2026 added an AI assistant, custom agents, an MCP server, scheduling agents in preview, AI talent rediscovery, an AI interviewer and people workflows, and in the same month it bought AI interviewing company Talent Llama. It raised a $50 million Series D in July 2025, and Shopify and Notion are on the customer roster.
It has become the default ATS choice for well-funded tech companies that want data-driven recruiting operations.
